10 bedroom House on the Western tip of the IOW

Hi, this property is a Youth Hostel in the summer, from September until May it can be rented as a private house - your family/group will have sole occupancy of the whole building. 10 bedrooms & 10 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms have double beds & en-suites, all other beds are bunkbeds. Only a 10 minute walk to Totland beach, we are surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty, 1 mile from the Needles & Alum Bay. Free Wi-Fi throughout and free parking for our guests. The space Its a big building. In the summer we can accommodate 70 people. For you, this time of year, we have lots of space. Groups that come and stay here range from 4 people to 40 people. Example. a group of 10 might want a bedroom each. 4 Families might want to spread out. Its easy with 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a large lounge, a library, a really large dining room and a large kitchen. We a full size table tennis table in our games room. Of our 10 bedrooms & 10 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms have double beds & en-suites, all our other beds are bunkbeds. We have family bedrooms and we have smaller bedrooms, ideal for an individual. Use as many bedrooms as you want, some you might not use. As long as you are comfortable. All bedding is provided, but not towels. There is full central heating to all rooms. Guest access When staying here you are renting the whole Youth Hostel. I can greet you or you can pick up the keys from a lockbox on your arrival. I would speak to you or email/message you prior to arrange access into the building. Once you have the building keys you can come and go as you please. If I greet you, I show you around, if you let yourselves in there is a manual on how things work and where things are. If you need me - I provide a mobile telephone number you can contact me on. We apologise that we are not particularly accessible to disabled guests. Its the nature of an older building. We have a short steep driveway, then a gravel car park and 3 steps up to the front door. All 10 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Other things to note I have to point it out - we are on an Island, the Isle of Wight. You have to catch a ferry to get here. We advise guests bringing cars to book in advance. Advance tickets are not necessary for foot passengers.
