Stellenbosch Gardens Aloe House

This beautifully renovated House, with it private gardens with rabbits and chickens roaming, in a peaceful residential area is less than 2 kms from the heart of the historic town of Stellenbosch. It is the ideal location from which to access some of the best restaurants, vineyards, art galleries and museums South Africa has to offer. An easy 5min drive to the closest wine farm and golf course or a 20min drive to the beach. We look forward to hosting you. We have pets. The space This renovated home comfortably sleeps four people and is perfect for couples, families or business travellers. There is possibility for more guests but sleeping arrangements then in common areas. The house has three bedrooms sleeping in a King size and two single beds. There are two full bathrooms - one with shower and one with a bath tub. The house has a fully kitted kitchen with coffee machine, double door fridge/freezer, 5 burner gas hob and electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A media room with flatscreen TV, Xbox and Wii with a selection of more than 300 DVD’s available and two single beds for watching entertainment. The lounge has sitting space for up to five people. The dining table seats eight people. The sunroom with hearth has a triple couch and single chair. The patio leads off the sunroom and is covered by a 30 year old vine and has seating on cushions for eight people with an additional outside dining table with seating for 6 people. A beautiful pool is in front of the patio. The house is surrounded by wraparound gardens. Our pets live in the home. Our housekeeper has his own room as he is permanently living on the property. We offer off-road parking and free unlimited Wi-Fi. Guest access There are two private cottages in the back garden of our property and they only share the parking area and the walkway up to the cottages. You have full use of the rest of the property. Other things to note We have two cottages within our private garden (please respect private areas), thank you for your consideration. Their is a pool on the property and is only for your private use - an indemnity document for safety reasons need to be signed before using the pool and the pool is not covered or safe guarded. We have pets and our LabraDane, Cooper, is a people's person and sleeps in the house. Most of our guests want to take him home with them. Please note NO SMOKING INSIDE or OUTSIDE at any time. We keep it smoke free considering everyone.
