I have temporarily lowered the price of the listing as the room needs a revamp in terms of a new coat of paint etc..however if just looking for a room to lay your head-this is an excellent deal. The maisonette is on a very pretty street. Just round the corner are all the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes you could want. Very central! 10 minutes away from Holland Park, near the river and great transport links. The space It is a lovely maisonette on a beautiful leafy street in a great area of London. The room has a very comfy single bed according to many guests! There is hanging space for clothes on door as well as drawers beneath the bed. There is also a rather funky purple ladder ( if I do say so myself) that provides great shelf space. A mirror and a table too. It is a lovely feeling single room. Guest access I have two bedrooms which I let out. A single room and one double bedroom for one person each so there is a maximum of three people . It is a wonderful large single bedroom which gets great light, looks out to a very pretty street, has a seating area and great big built-in cupboards. The bed I have been told by previous guests is very comfy. The kitchen has all the essentials and a table to eat meals and relax. The bathroom has a bath with a good strength shower. As mentioned I am in a live-in host at moment and hope to make the guest feel at home. During your stay I will on the whole welcome you myself or otherwise get a friendly next door neighbour to greet you. I am sociable but also like my own space so the sitting-room is not included for guests. I often cook and invite guests to join for dinner if like.
