The space Lovely self contained room, suitable for twin share (2 single beds) or king bed, with walk-in wardrobe, spacious room for luggage, your own private bathroom and kitchenette, Smart TV and air conditioning heating and cooling. One free carpark provided. Guest access Full access to garden, shared kitchen, Guests have access to the kitchen to cook and store groceries in the fridge & cupboards and can utilise the condiments and tea & coffee at your leisure. Your private bathroom is gorgeous, the shower is epic, rain and hand. Other customers say, the beds are so comfortable. A bus stop to the city is about 50 meters way. We are 7 mins in a car/bus from the CBD About 20 minutes walk to Ponsonby Road, a trendy shopping and cafe, restaurant street and district. Smoking is in our urban garden, a delightful sitting and relaxing area. During your stay Host is a Auckland Professional Photographer of 26 years. Other things to note So handy, is western springs park, the delight of Auckland, with a lovely lake, every type of birdlife, and right besides the park is Auckland's Motat, transport technology tourist park, and the Zoo! Also, a bus stop is right besides us, takes 5 mins to get to Queen Street, Auckland premier shopping and main centre district, and Ponsonby and St Lukes shopping mall, an easy walk. Best cafes in Auckland are all around us, walk to Grey Lynn shops 5 mins, West Lynn shops 10 mins, Kingsland shops 20 mins, St Lukes shopping mall 15 mins. Long term bookings above 28 days, are non-flexible and are on strict cancellation policy.
