It is a spacious and comfortable upstairs apartment with independent access through the garage. You will have a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a sofa bed for 2, a bathroom with toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small living room with TV. The apartment is equipped to accommodate families with young children (baby bed, highchair, booster chair, changing table, baby bath, barrier, etc.) Upon arrival I will give you the WiFi code The space Our accommodation is 10 minutes from the city center, close to the Intermarché, bakery and pharmacy. You will be in a quiet area and you can walk to the Hyères Valley safely and visit the Vorgium Archaeological Center. You can discover the Valley of the Saints about fifteen km away and the forest of Huelgoat. The Nantes-Brest Canal will also surprise you with its towpath and lock houses. About 65 km away, the beaches of Finistère, Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan will welcome you. Guest access You will access the upstairs accommodation through the garage with independent access. You will also be able to access the garden and children will be able to let off steam safely. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking but you can smoke in the garden. We do not accept pets because we already have a small elderly and visually impaired dog who wishes to spend a peaceful retirement
