Exclusive Beach and Pools, Oceanway Residences

My place is 2A Cluster D, Oceanway Residences, Boracay Newcoast, in the biggest development in Boracay. It is a DOT (Dept. of Tourism) accredited establishment. There is free shuttle service from the apartment going to Citimall (around 10 minutes) and back. From Citimall to White beach/DMall and station 1 is around 15 minutes. It has partial ocean view from the balcony, private white sand beach cove which is minutes away from the apartment, and 2 pools. It is beside Boracay's golf course. The space Privacy, security and coziness. Total floor area is 41 square meters, double the size of an ordinary hotel room. Living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony from where you can have a view of the sea. The living room and bedroom have separate airconditioning. Right beside the apartment are two private pools. There is also the private white sand beach cove with attending life guard and free use of beach beds. Outside of the apartment you can hear chirping of birds and feel the ocean breeze. Guest access 1. Private white sand beach cove with lifeguard on duty and free use of beach beds. 2. Two private swimming pools just beside the condo. 3. Ocean view from the balcony, walking or jogging area is at your doorstep. 4. The world famous White Beach and Puka Beach, Boracay's main attractions are about 20 and 10 minutes away, respectively. 5. Citimall, the biggest in Boracay is 10 minutes away. There is regular schedule of free shuttle going to Citimall. 6. The only golf course in Boracay is just beside the building. 7. The apartment is fully furnished complete with two air conditioning, one in the living room and another in the bedroom, cable television, 5 GB internet/wifi, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, stove and kitchen wares. At Oceanway Residences you will experience both the serene and bustling sides of Boracay ! Other things to note We recommend that you take the Southwest shuttle service upon arriving at either the Caticlan or Kalibo airports in going to our place. This shuttle will bring you direct to our place, Oceanway Residences. In Boracay's main attraction, the White Beach, you can enjoy numerous activities such as parasailing, snorkling, boat ride or just simply bask in the powdery white sand. The other major beach, Puka Beach is about 10 minutes away. And to top it all you'll have access to our private white sand beach cove which is minutes by foot from the apartment.
