House for generational vacations in the Lenzerheide region

Large house with two internally connected apartments. It is ideal as a generational vacation home or for two friendly families. Very child-friendly, two parking spaces in front of the house. In the middle of the old village center of Lain, a quiet and wonderfully sunny village with village shop, just 5 minutes from Lenzerheide/Valbella. Also very well connected to public transport with free sports bus in winter and summer. The space Very cozy house, not luxurious but uncomplicated and family-friendly. Guest access Entire house with private entrance Other things to note The upper apartment is separated and lockable with its own apartment door. However, the main entrance to the house is shared with the lower apartment. The lower apartment does not have its own apartment door and is therefore not completely private. That's why we rent the whole house to friends or related families or only the upper and closed apartment to one party.
