For restful nights, the apartment offers a box-spring bed as well as a very comfortable sofa bed. The sofa bed is equipped with a thick mattress to ensure a high level of sleeping comfort, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests. For multimedia and communication, there is a flat-screen TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi. For longer stays, a washer-dryer is available and can be used free of charge. Thanks to the central location and excellent transport connections, you can reach all major cities in no time. The lake, trade fair grounds, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg, and many other destinations are just minutes away. Several supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, the train station, and public transport are all within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. As this is a historic building, the exterior has not yet been renovated and retains the charm and history of the past 100 years. We hope, however, that the beautiful apartment itself will more than win you over. Free parking is available directly in front of the building. Baby equipment (high chair and crib) is included.
