Breton granite house, 100 m from the beach
Description
Our accommodation is a granite house with enclosed garden, private parking (2 to 3 cars), 5-minute walk from the beaches and sailing school. It is perfect for couples, friends, families with children (up to 3 families), weddings, etc. Varied walking trails (tour of the island, ornithological station, etc.). Ideal for visiting the pink granite coast, Ploumanac'h. Out of season, you will enjoy the equipment: kitchen, TV/Box/DVD, HiFi/CD, radiators, wood stove etc. The space Long summer stays equipment: parasol, barbecue, beach games, etc. Enclosed garden completely renovated in 2016 with grass. Ile Grande is accessible by road by car via a bridge. Once there, you will enjoy finding shops for daily troubleshooting: bakery, market on Wednesday morning, fish merchants, shellfish, lobsters, etc. every day... To discover at the foot of the 7 km coastal path: picturesque village, small port, bird sanctuary and many white sand beaches. Very friendly pub on the island with pancakes at all times (Bar Le Triagoz). Guest access Entire house, including the back shed (boots, raincoats, beach games, etc.). Other things to note On-site contact: Christophe Le Poulen (phone number communicated if necessary). For weekend rentals, out of season (October-May), sheets are provided (+ pillowcases + towels). For weekly rentals, this is not possible because the rotations are too close (arrival and departure on Saturday). - Bedroom 1: King size double bed, fitted sheet 180 x 200 and duvet 240 x 260. - Bedroom 2 (front): standard double bed, fitted sheet 140 x 190 and duvet cover 140 x 200. - Bedroom 3 (back): same as bedroom 2. - Bedroom 4: 4 single beds (2 bunk beds + 2 pull-out beds) fitted sheet 90 x 190 and duvet cover 140 x 200.
