Escape & Unwind in this private, remodeled studio. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings which create a light and airy atmosphere. Perfect for a relaxing stopping point as you explore the California Coast, or for the business traveler. You can snuggle up in the cozy queen bed with plenty of pillows. The studio has comfortable chairs, a drop-leaf table, fast Wi-Fi, Roku TV, wardrobe & a rustic kitchenette filled with all the basics. . . including an induction stove. We decorate to seasons. The space Due to Coronavirus: - We are extra vigilant after every guest that all surfaces are disinfected, all dishes washed in high temperature mode, all sheets, blankets, quilt & shams, shower curtain, bath mat & towels are cleaned after every guest. —————————//——————— Private studio is located at the front of the home with it's own private entrance. Studio has own entrance with a smart lock. The studio is at the far end of the home, giving complete privacy. There is a door that is connected to the rest of the home that is bolted and blocked with the microwave stand for your complete privacy. The laundry room is conveniently located right next to your studio and is available to you at your request with 24 hours in advance. You can park in the driveway to easily come and go as you please. We have an outdoor ring security camera. For the most part of the day, the sun does not hit the studio, keeping it cool. Camarillo weather is usually in the 70's year round. Even during hot days, the evenings cool off nicely. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort. We believe in a clean, comfortable environment where you can kick off your shoes & relax. All used towels & bedding (including the quilt, pillow shams, sheets & blanket) are washed after very guest. We have a welcome manual that has information on how to use items in studio. There is also recommendations from our favorite restaurants, menus & discount coupons. Every page is wiped down with disinfectant for your safety. Our home has two teenagers and three dogs. The dogs have no interaction with the studio. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay and are sensitive to our guest's allergies & needs. No pets are allowed in studio during stay. No smoking or vaping is allowed in studio. No parties allowed. Other things to note If you would like to stay longer than the instabook option, please message me. We have a large, comfortable cot available for guests. If you would like to use, please message me at least 24 hours before your arrival and I’ll have it for you under queen bed. The linens for cot will be in the wardrobe. Cot set up instructions will be in the Welcome Binder. Laundry Room is only available when you request it. It is connected to the studio & needs to be unlocked. If you need to use it, please Airbnb message ahead of time - 24 hours in advance - and let us know what time you would like us to open it up for you. We will give you a 2 hour window to complete your laundry when requested (unless we discuss differently). Parking - Please only park in the parking spot provided on driveway (far right) & not in front of neighbor’s houses.
