The space The complex has been around since 1985 so it is a landmark for accommodation in Brisbane. The apartment hosts a large living space within the unit and a common use tennis court, pool and spa, Sauna, gym, and BBQ area. If you are more active take a quick walk down the hill to grab a push bike and explore South Bank or head over the Goodwill bridge and check out the Botanical Gardens and the City. There are many restaurants, bars and activities in the South Brisbane area to try out, just ask us and we can head you in the right direction. **Please note the spa will be out of commission due to repair work from 21st October for approximately 1 week. However, during that time please be advised there will still be access to the pool and sauna, we do apologies for any inconvenience. Guest access Enjoy the spa, swimming pool, sauna and tennis court during opening hours. You may access the common laundry. Within your apartment make use of the kitchen. Other things to note This apartment comes with: - High speed unlimited internet and WiFi - Free Parking for one car with the booking - The King bed can be split into two singles upon request ($20 Charge) - If booking for 3 guests a single bed roll-away will be provided in the living area of the apartment, cost included when booking for 3 persons or $45 per night additional fee if required for only a portion of the stay. - Daily servicing is not included in this room rate, a weekly service will be carried out if the stay is more than 7 days at no cost, if servicing is required other than this it can be arranged for a fee. - Extra linen required during stay, this is available for a fee, dependent on what is required. - A cot can be provided for $10 per night - A high chair can be provided for $5 per night
