Fancy Pony Land House is a super cute contemporary adobe cottage filled with furniture, art and textiles by me and my friends. It has a custom built queen bed and a 12 foot daybed, a cozy wood stove and a great back porch. The house is 850 square feet with one bedroom and no door on the bedroom so it's best suited for single guests, couples or a close family used to small spaces. Just a long block from the Thunderbird Hotel and Capri and an easy walk or bike ride from everything in Marfa. The space Our house is an old adobe built around 1900. We completely redid the house in 2009 and have been working on it little bits at a time ever since. There are many handmade details and custom built furniture. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note We welcome reasonable dogs with a $50 pet fee. We ask that guests clean up after their pet in the yard and house and do all humanly possible to keep their pet off the furniture. The back yard is fully fenced but we always recommend you check it out before leaving your dog unattended in the yard.
