Everything is combined for unforgettable moments with family or friends, for a nature break, less than 1.5 hours from Paris. Disconnection assured! The space Welcome to our Contemporary House in Wooden Frame! 🏡 🌿 If you dream of a getaway away from the hustle and bustle of city life (and Parisian traffic), our house is for you! Nestled in a charming little locality at the entrance to the Perche Natural Park, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside (less than 1.5 hours from Paris). 🌸With its 1500 m² enclosed lot, our house invites you to enjoy unforgettable moments. The terrace, playground, hot tub (available all year round) and barbecue await you for convivial evenings where you can discuss the best dish to prepare... (raclette and bbq often win all the votes... it depends on the season!). 🌊And let's talk about the pool! You will have access to our above ground wooden pool (unheated and uncovered) from July 1 to August 31. It's perfect for refreshing dives… or just for soaking your toes! 🍀 This house is ideal for 8 people, but it can accommodate up to 12 people thanks to the few extra beds. Inside: On the ground floor: - New York Room: with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed - Asia Room: 1 Queen size bed - London Room: 1 double bed and 1 single bed - A large living room where the kitchen, dining room and living room form a convivial space - Bathroom with toilet Upstairs: - A mezzanine with billiards and 2 extra beds - Big bathroom - 1 separate WC - Africa Room: 1 queen size bed and 1 cot - Access to roof terraces for sunset views щ Practical️ details: No room for tents or other outdoor extra beds, but we have everything in place to make your stay comfortable. Duvets, pillows, linens and bath towels are provided. 👶 For our family friends with babies, we have planned: - 3 umbrella beds with mattresses (but don't forget their usual duvets and comforters) - 1 sunbed - 2 high chairs - 1 baby bath - 2 changing mattresses 🔇Respect and friendliness: We ask that you respect the quietness of the neighborhood (the neighbors are not DJ fans, believe us). Not sonos, but a big screen with an LG sound system for movie nights! I promise, you can have a blast while being respectful. No fireworks allowed on the property 🧹Before you go: Please return the house the way you found it. Cleaning equipment is available if you are ready to take the challenge (or opt for our cleaning fee of €90 if you prefer to enjoy the place a little more). ⚡️And remember, electricity is included, but a little effort to turn off the convector heaters before opening the windows would be appreciated (we don't like to see the bill climb!). For now, no EV charging, but who knows what the future holds for us? Moreover, on the ecological side, our gîte is already a champion: equipped with a thermodynamic water heater, a heat pump for heating, and photovoltaic panels. ☘️Do you like a comfortable and eco-responsible stay? In short, we are waiting for you for unforgettable moments and full of laughter in our beautiful home. Guest access The house is at the disposal of guests and vacationers. From the day of arrival from 4 p.m., to the day of departure no later than 11 a.m. Other things to note 2 nights minimum. For long weekends and public holidays, a longer duration may be requested and a specific day of arrival (please let us know). You rent for a specific number of people, and for everyone's comfort we can't accept extra guests during the stay (but we can always discuss it together). Welcome to the countryside! Here nature is queen: roosters sing (not only in the morning when they wake up), farmers pamper their fields, and insects enjoy the great outdoors. Depending on the season, you may hear a tractor in the distance, a mower in action or a motivated pruner... In short, a real country setting, with the bonus of birdsong!
