Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts Center, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River, etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep. Perched high up on the top floor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom can sleep up to 7, with up to 1 guest on the comfortable single-size fold-up beds. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Bookings over 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $100 per person for the use of a fold-up bed. Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, and gym. The price quoted is based upon 6 guests. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, or public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as the Spring Racing Carnival, Australian Open, Grand Prix, or any other major event, where a 5-night minimum will be applied. Should a one-night booking be accepted there is a 30% loading on the rate. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. This is not currently included in the displayed quote. The 30% loading needs to be added to the displayed quoted rate. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony. The ID of the guest who has made the booking is required to be presented at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made.
