Right in the city center and yet quiet: Surrounded by restaurant, shops, art & culture, you can enjoy the beautiful city of Wiesbaden right at your doorstep. What is important to you? The neighborhood, the comfortable beds or the fully equipped kitchen: suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (up to 2 children), or business travelers. You park in the next door in the Karstadtparkhaus 12€ day/or in the modern Luisenforum 6 min. on foot. 15€/day. The space The location of the accommodation is fantastically central yet quiet. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey residential building with shops on the lower floor, directly on Mauritiusplatz. The arcade in front of the apartment offers a nice replacement for a balcony and there is a sunny place for breakfast. Guest access You use the apartment completely for you alone. Occasionally I use the apartment as a commuter myself. You have plenty of space for your clothes and wardrobe in the bedroom. For my guests, I have separate bedding and the apartment is very suitable for 2 adults in the 200 x 200 cm quality double bed of the brand RUF, which can also be used as two single beds. In addition, there is a 1.20 wide bed in the living room and a rollable hotel travel beds with slatted base, which can be set up in the living room (80 80 x 200 cm) or alternatively, you can convert the sofa into a 4th bed with two steps. So that the sofa then also has 5-star sleep quality, there is a 140 x 200 cm memo foam topper in the bed box. Now 4 people can sleep like a princess. On request, I provide a travel cot FOR children, I have some children's toys in the apartment and a high chair for toddlers. Other things to note Fortunately, parking is easy to see. Just in the neighboring building is the Karstadtparkhaus for only 24€ per day (closed on Sundays and more suitable for small cars) or 6 minutes on foot the very spacious and modern parking garage of the Luisenforum for a fee of 15€ (24 hours accessible). I can also recommend the new underground parking under the Rhine-Main halls (€10 for 24 hours). If I find out when I book in time before arrival, I will be able to organize your bedding, ironing, bicycles or other extras for an extra charge - just ask. If you stay with me longer, my cleaning team can temporarily clean the apartment for €36 extra. The tourist information office is quite close, also you will find many nice restaurants and shops right on your doorstep - you just live in the middle of Wiesbaden and have the opportunity to enjoy everything immediately.
