Ideal location for walkers, cyclists etc. The space Quiet location, fabulous views and near to all amenities, this newly refurbished maisonette flat has an open plan fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, washing/drying machine, microwave, toaster, kettle) and living room with double bed sofa and breakfast bar in between. Sky TV is free of charge. The bedroom upstairs has an en suite shower and toilet with fabulous views over Box Hill from its Cabrio Balcony window. Guest access Dorking town centre is a 5 minute walk away and a Tesco Express is a 2 minute walk away. There is unrestricted parking on the road outside with off street parking by arrangement.
