The gite is on the ground floor of the owner's dwelling. The place is ideal for a couple or small family with a child. The 15 m² living/dining area is bright, always well-maintained, and pleasantly decorated, with a sofa bed, mirror, rug, and a view of the private garden—ideal for enjoying a glass of cider. A relaxing vacation, featuring a spacious 10 m² bedroom with a garden view, new bedding, a 160 x 200 cm king-size bed, a duvet, and plenty of closet space. For your comfort upon arrival, the bed will be made. The shower room is modern, renovated, with hair dryer. Separate toilet. You will not miss anything in the American kitchen, largely equipped as at home with: electric hobs, oven, range hood, microwave, small dishwasher 2-4 pers, fridge - freezer, traditional coffee maker and Tassimo, kettle, toaster.
