*Being so close to the CBD you can easily walk to local attractions like Marine Parade which has cafes, Napier Aquarium, bike park, playgrounds and thermal pools. *CBD hosts a good variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. *Napier Airport is a 10 minute drive *Havelock north is a 20 min (approx.) drive to beautiful cafes, wineries, Tamata Peak and children's railway. *Hastings also hosts the well known Splash Planet (water park). Plenty to do and see! As this is our family home it has all the things you would need for your stay. If you have kids there are plenty of toys to play with, sports equipment for outside, tramp, board games and a wee playhouse.
