Nestled amongst character homes in the historic heart of Devonport you will find this beautifully cared for 1920's home ready for you to enjoy. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town and a convenient base for you to explore Devonport and surrounding areas. The space This gorgeous home has been lovingly cared for over the years. It is fully self contained and can accommodate 6 people with 3 beautiful bedrooms, gorgeous Kitchen/Dining area and a cosy Lounge. The Kitchen is well equipped helping make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Staple items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, coffee pods, olive oil, salt and pepper are provided to help get you started. Please Note - The House does not have a dishwasher. A beautifully furnished Lounge Room ready for you to watch some TV or simply curl up with a great book and a good bottle of local wine that you have sourced on your adventures. Cosy, comfortable beds complete with beautiful bed linen, will make for an amazing nights sleep, waking up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. There is plenty of off street parking. Other things to note We love having children stay but please be mindful that there is a Wood Heater so children must be supervised at all times. Although we don’t charge extra for individual guests (couples) using a QS bed per person, please advise us when booking if you are traveling as ‘singles’ and require the use of both QS beds. We also do not charge for infants but our expectation is that you provide appropriate bedding for them. If beds are used for infants, additional cleaning costs will be incurred.
