Welcome to our house. We are situated 20 min walk from the city center next to the picturesque Botanic Gardens. You will be staying with Britta, Martin and Oonagh the dog. You will have a lovely park across the road and will wake up to birdsong. If you have a friendly dog with you, the park is excellent for walks and playtime. Our house is also convenient for the universities, Royal Liverpool Hospital and Womans Hospital only a 15 min walk The space Your bedroom is newly renovated with wooden floors, stylish color scheme, featuring small details such as a USB wall socket next to your bed for convenient charging of electronic devices. The bed with memory foam mattress will ensure you get a good nights sleep. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided. Shared spaces: @Bathroom The newly fitted bathroom is next door to your room and features a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Shower gel as well as shampoo is provided as well. @Coffee bar Our coffee bar upstairs which features a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, plates/cutlery, fridge and all the tea and coffee you can drink. Guests are welcome to use all amenities, which are convenient for longer stays to prepare small meals and store foods refrigerated. There is fast wifi (fiber) and free ample on-street parking outside the property. You will be given your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please. Should you be visiting by car, there is ample free parking outside the property on the street. During your stay We both work from home so we will be available to be contacted all day. We are both very social, well traveled and speak English, German, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish as well as some Italian and French. We are more than happy to give recommendations on great places to eat, drink, party and explore in Liverpool. Should you be visiting us with a dog and need a dog sitter, we will gladly try to accommodate looking after your pet. Other things to note Please note that the bedroom is located on the second floor so if you have an issue with stairs then this may not be suitable. If the room appears to be booked for the dates your require - contact us anyway.. in the event of a cancellation, we also have a double room and single room.
