Our villa is the perfect place to call your home. This villa is located in An Vien coastal area, the synchronous urban complex of An Vien 5 star sea villa and the first point of the Vinpearl cable car crossing the sea and through Vinpearl Resort. The space Our villa has 4 bedrooms (1 superior 37m2, 1 deluxe 30m2 and 2 standard 17m2 rooms) for rent for local tenants as well as foreign guests. Each room is easy to access by the stairs, and is fully furnished with a nice queen sized bed with linen beddings, a beautiful balcony with flowers and a convenient seat. Guest access There is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your room, you can also hang out in our living room/open office and kitchen on the ground floor at any time of the day. Feel free to use any of our amenities and cook yourself a nice meal! There is 01 motorcycle and 02 bikes at your disposal and you can use them free of charge. Please fill up the motorcycle’s gas tank before use. Petrol is available at the nearest gas station on Tran Phu road, just 5-minute drive from the residence. Extra towels and bed linens can be found in the cabinet in the bed room. You also have full access to our washer if you need to do laundry. There is also hairdryer in the cabinet beside the bed. We provide cleaning service before and after your stay. If you would like to have a cleaning lady coming by during your stay, please let us know and we will help make arrangement. During your stay We are happy to meet you at your check in and give you further information about our house and show you around at the accommodation, giving more details about the city. We respect the privacy of our guests but are available if there is anything you need help with, my receptionist lives near our villa, she will support you whenever you want. She will give you the keys when you arrive and collect the keys from you when you leave. Other things to note Our home is non-smoking enviromment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette afterward. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise down after 10pm. Our floor and staircase are made of natural wood. Please remove your shoes while going upstairs and do not pull luggage or heavy item on the floor in order to avoid scratches. Please switch off the air conditioning before going out of your room and do not turn on all electric equipment at the same time to avoid power cut-off due to overloading.
