La Petite Grange, between lake and mountain

Located in a natural setting, close to Lake Geneva and the Haute-Savoie mountains, La Petite Grange is an old stone building that has been lovingly and completely renovated. You will find all the modern comforts and the charm of the authentic. Enhanced by a pergola terrace, this completely detached house is located on the property of our home. Separated by the access road, you have your own space there. Welcome to Haute-Savoie, to this cozy little haven. Privacy guaranteed. The space On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining table, a pellet stove, and a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs, a small living room with a sofa bed, TV and storage is overlooked by a bright mezzanine with double bed. Outside, a beautiful terrace-pergola welcomes you to eat in the summer. La Petite Grange is located on the grounds of our house. Enjoy the spacious garden with a lovely view of the fields, the forest, and the Jura Mountains. A short walk in the Tholomaz Forest is always relaxing. Guest access Private covered parking for one vehicle (or two on request) on the property. Private terrace and pergola. Shared garden. Other things to note Bedding and bath towels are provided. Swiss Fondue on request! €20/person (subject to availability) We have 3 nice cats, Cyrano, Cachou and Nala, who walk around the garden. No dogs allowed.
