Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular. The space About our chalet The chalet was completed in 2019 with loving craftsmanship. The attention to detail was particularly important to us in our chalet. A fireplace and underfloor heating provide a pleasant atmosphere. Heating is either electric or with a kitchen stove, which also functions as central heating. Cooking is either on grandma's wood stove or modern on the ceramic stove top. Extensive kitchen equipment (food processor, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, various pots and pans, enough dishes and cutlery...) supports cooking pleasure. Dishwashers and washer-dryers are also available. The refrigerator has three freezer compartments. The large farm table offers enough space for the whole family to eat and play (game collection available). Afterwards, you can cuddle up on the cozy sofa or take a nap on one of the two stove beds by the fireplace. For small guests there is a travel cot and a high chair available. The downstairs bathroom has a cast iron bathtub and a spacious shower, the small upstairs bathroom has a shower. Both bathrooms have toilets. A sauna accessible from the outside offers additional relaxation. Bobs and a pair of snowshoes are also available. On the sun terrace there is a seating area and two sun loungers. Guest access It's a chalet that's just for guests. As a landlord, I live about 20 minutes away.
