A City Stay - Central MK 2 bedroom Apartment

For a self-sufficient stay, including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining at home, plus all the everyday essentials for longer visits. Other things to note City Stay operates serviced apartments within residential communities, we ask that guest respect the well being of all residents within the apartment block you are staying in. City Stay are responsible for the inside of the apartment only, any problems in the communal areas is not our responsibility. E.g if lifts stop working during your stay, communal area damage, concierge etc. If we are aware of any issues before you arrive then we will let you know before you arrive. Feel free to make us aware of any problems and we will try liaise with building managers to rectify any communal problems. If we feel that the apartment is not up to standard before you arrive i.e hot water and heating issues, broken appliances or anything that may have a negative impact to your stay, we will offer to move you to a different apartment within the same area. We will let you know prior to arrival and send pictures of the new apartment. If you are not happy with the new apartment that we offer you then you can cancel your stay free of charge. If you check into the apartment that we have offered you and you are not happy with the change you will not receive a refund. We will always try to be as accommodating as possible during your stay. If any maintenance occurs during your stay, please contact us straight away. We will try our best to get the issue sorted as soon as possible. City Stay rely on external contractors for maintenance issues, the time frame of when things get sorted is down to them however depending on the severity of the situation will endeavour to get it sorted as soon as possible. If necessary and if we have the availability we could offer you a change in apartment. Please bare in mind problems that arise over a weekend or a bank holiday make take a little longer.
