The space The entire house is fully dedicated to guests. On the ground floor: Living room: A comfortable living room including a sofa and its meridian, a typical solognote fireplace with a wood-burning stove that will complement the cool autumn and winter evenings, a 50-inch HD TV for amateurs, a 4-person wooden dining table. The kitchen opens to the living room: The counter or bar is a place of conviviality. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ovens (microwave and traditional), and an induction hob. All kitchen utensils are at your disposal, including barbecue tongs :) The French window, English opening, overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace, fully tiled. Garden: On sunny days, the large garden all fenced at the back of the house, allows relaxation and meals outside. Garden furniture, barbecue, hammock, relaxation are at your disposal on the large terrace. Laundry: A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer will allow laundry. Housekeeping equipment is also stored here. The bathroom: A bathroom with a real walk-in shower. Upstairs: The mezzanine: The mezzanine offers a versatile configuration: - for the night, with its 140 cm bed and 140 cm sofa bed. Large curtains define the area. - for the day, with its sofa that also serves as a living area or games room. The bedroom: The room, very cozy, closed by a door with a double bed, will reveal the whole personality of the house. A large desk will allow you to telecommute here. Baby equipment: High chair The house is equipped with high-speed fiber. Reversible air conditioning is available for your use. Guest access The house is individual and dedicated to guests, as well as the 500 m2 garden. Parking is available about 50 meters away: free parking is available. Note: it is not possible to park in front of the house. Other things to note This house was renovated in two stages, in 2016 and then in 2023. Subject to the regulations of the Architects of Buildings of France, the renovation was meticulous. The decor has been carefully selected, so as to create an authentic and contemporary atmosphere.
