Le Sully, gîte at the gates of Sologne

This is a typical solognote house located in the historic district of Ferté St Aubin, near the Castle. The configuration of the place, comfortable, with the living room open to the kitchen itself open to the large garden, lends itself to relaxation, meals with family or friends. The very lively city center with its local shops, contributes to this mid-urban atmosphere. With its beams and cozy side full of charm, this place will transport you to an authentic atmosphere! The space The entire house is entirely dedicated to guests. On the ground floor: The living room: A comfortable living room with a sofa and its meridian, a typical fireplace solognote with a wood burning stove that will enhance the cool autumn and winter evenings, a 50-inch HD TV for amateurs, a wooden dining table for 4 people. The kitchen opens to living room: The counter or stove is a place of conviviality. A fully furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ovens (microwave and traditional), induction stove. All the cooking utensils are at your disposal including the barbecue tongs:) The English open window door overlooks a superb 50 m2 fully tiled terrace. The garden: On sunny days, the large fully fenced garden at the back of the house, allows relaxation and meals outside. Garden furniture, barbecue, hammock, relax are at your disposal on the large terrace. Laundry room: A laundry room with washing machine and dryer will allow laundry. Cleaning supplies are stored here as well. The bathroom: A bathroom with a real walk in a shower. On the floor: The mezzanine: The mezzanine has a multipurpose configuration: - for the night, with its 140 bed and 140 sofa bed. Wide curtains determine the area. - for the day, with its sofa that also acts as a living room. The bedroom: The bedroom, very cozy, closed by a door with a double bed, will reveal all the personality of the house. A large office will allow you to work remotely here. Please note, for reservations 1 or 2 people, the room will not be accessible, the night area will only be the mezzanine. Baby equipment: High chair - mixer Home is equipped with high-speed fiber. Reversible air conditioning is available for you. Guest access The house is private and dedicated to guests, as well as the 500 m2 garden. Parking is possible about 50 meters away: free parking is available for your use. Please note: it is not possible to park in front of the house. Other things to note This house was renovated in two stages, in 2016, then in 2023. Following the regulations of the Architects of the Buildings of France, the renovation was meticulous. The decor has been carefully selected, so as to create an authentic and contemporary atmosphere.
