It will be a private house just for your group. The bedroom is on the second floor. There are two king-size beds. Two people can sleep in each bed, accommodating up to four people. If you stay with five people or if you wish to split into two rooms, we will prepare futons and sheets in the closet in the Japanese-style room (living room), so please let us know the correct number of people in your group. Other things to note ■NOTICE Our facility is located in the center of Kyoto's tourist locations. For this reason, new hotels, guesthouses, and restaurants are often being built in the area between 9:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. If you are sensitive to noise, please consider carefully before making a reservation. ■Neighborhood information The building next to our guesthouse is an art gallery store. It is decorated with art mask works. You can see it when you come to our place. Since it belongs to the store next door, we cannot remove it. Some people take pictures because they find it interesting, but for some people (especially small children), they might feel scary. Since it is a popular tourist destination, there are many people during the day, so we do not think it will feel scary. If you think your children might feel scary, please try to avoid watching it (especially at night). When can I CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT? --Please check them on my listing page. *Please note that if you make a reservation on the day itself, you may not be able to enter the room immediately. Even after the default check-in time, there is a possibility that cleaning or indoor inspection is necessary, so please contact us before you check yourself in. *Late check-outs are unfortunately unavailable, as cleaning reservations and scheduling are completed at least several days before your arrival. I appreciate your kind understanding. 1.2 Can I store my luggage after check-out ? - I am sorry, but as with above, this is not a possibility. I appreciate your kind understanding. 2. When is this room AVAILABLE? The calendar is ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE. There is no need to confirm availability prior to booking. One Night reservations are not accepted. Last minute booking is OK. (Please let us know your expected arrival time) 3. For those coming by car There is no private parking lot, so please use a coin parking lot nearby. Also, from 10:00AM to 5:00PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the street in front of the guesthouse becomes a pedestrian zone. You cannot come to the front of the building by car or taxi. Also, there will be a lot of pedestrians during the tourist season, so we recommend you to use a coin parking along the main street. 4. Will I get charged for the deposit ? - Security deposits help cover accidents that occur during a reservation, like spilled wine on the rug, a broken window, or an unreturned key. Hosts must add a security deposit to their listing before a reservation is booked. Security deposits can't be handled off-site in cash, as off-site payments are a violation of our terms. When a reservation is accepted, the security deposit details and guest's payment information is stored. No charges or authorizations will be made to the guest's payment method unless the host needs to make a claim. A host has 48 hours after the checkout date to make a claim on the security deposit.
