Excellent for single person stay or a shared apartment for 2-3 persons. Max occupancy for 4 people. There is a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (160 cm wide). Also the couch in the living room can be opened as a double bed. Other things to note For more than one month stay, utilities payment is extra cost, approximately: May-Oct 90 euros, Nov and April-May 100 euros, Dec-March 130 euros.
