Provided in your room include Smart TV, snacks, blanket, towels, hairdryer, heater, etc. 8 min. walk to Panmure train/bus station, 1 station away from Sylvia Park Mall. 20 min to CBD. *We have a playful 2 year dog 🐾*. If you are not comfortable with that, kindly find a more suitable place for you. The space The space is around 10 sqm in size, and the guests can access the main house through the backdoor which is just 7 feet away. Your space is cozy, private, and conveniently situated in front of our deck and garden where you could enjoy the sun, birds chirping and a nice breeze of fresh air. The main house is bright with open spaces filled with sun. Designed with a cozy, shabby chic feels. Guest access Guest can access toilet and bath, kitchen and dining, and deck area in front of your sleepout. Kitchen cabinets and items for Airbnb guests are clearly labelled with Airbnb logo sticker. During your stay We may or may not be around during your arrival, but we will make sure that your access to the place has been arranged and coordinated. We are happy to chat to help you get around Auckland. We will provide you our mobile number for emergencies. Other things to note WE HAVE A DOG: In case you missed it, we do have a playful puppy who roams around the house. USE OF TOILET & BATH AND OTHER COMMON AREAS: We sometimes have a guest occupying one of the room beside the laundry area. Kindly be mindful of the time you use toilet & bath, kitchen and other common areas in consideration of others users. Please clean as you go. Rest assured, we will also not get in your way so you can enjoy the space. NOISE CONTROL: Most houses in NZ are built with very thin walls, so would appreciate it very much if you could keep the noise down especially from 10PM and keep conversations private using headphones or Airpod, and gently close doors. PRIVATE AREAS: Your room is provided with TV. The TV in the lounge, Breville coffee machine and kitchen pantry cabinets are for family-use only.
