Shower with toilet, 2nd separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, kettle and much more. New, modern 48-inch satellite HD TV with 50 TV and 50 radio programs, stereo system, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, book corner, plus a very carefully prepared guest information folder with many restaurant and vacation tips. You have very good internet reception in the suite and in the park via our new, fast Wi-Fi router. In the park there is a sun terrace with a Kneipp pool, plenty of sun loungers, small table groups and a nice gazebo. A complete garden barbecue is available free of charge. Privately run by the owner (a civil engineer), small *** apartment building with high design standards in architecture, colors, light, size and location. 16 suites (approx. 56 - 66 square meters) with 1 or 2 separate bedrooms for 1-4 or 6 people, terrace, balcony or conservatory, all facing the park and river. Each suite has a small kitchenette (fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine...), shower, mostly separate toilet, direct dial telephone, satellite HD TV (LED, mega-large 48" with 50 TV and 50 radio programs), stereo system, Wi-Fi, book corner. Lift, lawn, sauna*, infrared sauna, solarium*, enclosed hot tub* with always fresh forest water per use, heat loungers, fitness room with professional massage table*, foosball and billiards.
