Lovely & Cosy 2 bedroom property

The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with new decked outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen, bathroom.Please check the house rules, additional information section for any questions you might have which could help when looking to book. Distilleries are all around the area in Speyside and Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk . I visit my guests to say a quick hello. The space The house is bright and cosy. The kitchen a built in washing machine, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob. The breakfast bar seats 4 and is the dining area. Kitchen will have a supply of salt, pepper, etc. The bathroom has an over bath shower with hand rail & cabinet with shaver/toothbrush socket. The bedrooms have double bed in each. Bedroom 1 has mirrored wardrobes, bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and tv. The floor space is limited for travel cot if you need to bring one. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, mirror, bedside table and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have hair dryers. The Lounge has two , 2 seater sofas which are not sofa beds and can’t be used for sleeping ,so please do not book intending to use the sofas as beds please, as I don’t allow this. Fibre broadband is supplied. The property has an Energy performance certificate (EPC) Band C. The property is located beside an ambulance depot but they do not turn on the sirens until on the main road, which is in line with other emergency services. Guest access Check in can be from 3pm and check out on day of departure is anytime until 10am to allow cleaning time for my next guests. I’m happy to be flexible if I can so just ask. The property has a doorbell camera at the entrance doors for security and in no way will be intrusive on your stay here. The property is located beside a convenience store /bakery/petrol station and a short drive or walk into the city centre. Other things to note Inverness and Aberdeen airports are 40 minutes and 75 minutes away. Elgin is served by train and bus links from both areas but taxis may be needed to get to the train stations as walking would take 30 mins . Uber does not operate in north east of Scotland.
