You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The space Ideally located, close to all transportation (SNCF station, bus and tram) and amenities (shops, restaurants, bars...). It is located in the heart of the city of Caen. Recently renovated and beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a large living and dining room equipped with flat-screen TV and WiFi internet connection (very high-speed fiber optic). The kitchen is furnished and equipped (oven, induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso...). You will find everything you need to feel at home. The bathroom consists of a bathtub, vanity unit and towel dryer. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and many closets and you will find a convertible bench in the living room that can be suitable for 2 children. All linen is provided (bath sheets, bed linen, towels...). There is also a washing machine available for you. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. Access to the door of the building is via Badge. If you come by car there is no private parking but parking on the street is free. For guests arriving by public transport, the stop is "Tour Leroy" (2 min walk from the apartment). Other things to note The bed will be made for your arrival. Towels are at your disposal. The kitchen area is functional.
