Apt. is located in a prime location; 1 min walk to market, 5 min walk to center of the Bol, east side beaches,10 min walk to tram/boat to Zlatni Rat Beach. The space Fully Remodeled last winter - New kitchen, New Bedroom & New Bathroom. The private patio area has new comfy lounge chairs. Our place is a 3-6 min walk to several beaches - Martinica beach has paddle boarding and kayaking. The neighborhood (few houses away) has a soccer and basketball court. The market is located only a 2 min walk away - fresh bread daily. There are many local restaurants & cafes by the apartments. The center of BOL is a 7 mins walk. BOL's paradise beach Zlatni rat is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Croatian coastline. During the summer months, every half an hour there is a small tourist train going to the beach, as well as tourist boats that take off from the port of Bol. Walking the train/boat is about a 10 mins walk from the apartments. Guest access The driveaway to the parking is the narrowest mid-way - 2 meters wide. Be sure to fold your mirrors. It is suitable for small to mid-size vehicles. Additional parking available close by - 2 min walk. Other things to note The vine covering on the veranda blooms from mid-May through October. During the remainder of the year there is no covering. This enable you to have the right amount of sun at the right time. Please note, the pictures of the property were taken June through September.
