Beautiful studio-appartment in Triana

This beautiful studio-appartment is located in Triana, in the heart of Sevilla. The river is 100 m away, Triana's famous market 200, the cathedral and the Alcazar about 15 minutes walk. It is surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars, places to listen to Flamenco and is recognized as one of the most authentic neighbourhood of Sevilla. It is part of an 18th century house totally rehabilitated in 2016. You will enjoy a slate bathroom, a well equiped small kitchen and a room full of light. The space You will enjoy a beautiful studio recently renovated by a talented architect and furnished with a lot of taste. Walls of bricks, ceilings made of old wood, slate in the bathroom, wooden floors... It has a small but nice kitchen with induction, microwave oven, nespresso machine and everything you need to eat in if you feel like it. You can also use a small terrace tight outside the studio if you want to have your coffee in the sun. Sevilla is well known for its tapas, so you might not use it a lot though ! On the other hand, the unbelievable market of Triana is about 3 minutes away, so that might give you some ideas... You will have access to wifi, there is a DVD player and a few hundreds movies if you decide to stay in. There is a 55' LG smart TV with netflix, primevideos, Filmin and a Chrome cast should you want to use the TV to view what is on your laptop, tablet or telephone ! The main space has a sofa that turns into a bed at night. It is an effortless manipulation that will take about 10 seconds as the bed just comes down from the wall ! The appartment is on the second floor of a beautiful old sevillan historical house (1736) completely renovated, and has an elevator. It is ideally situated in Triana, walking distance from every place you want to visit in Sevilla. During Semana Santa, you can even enjoy the incredible sight of some processions from your own window!! We live in the same building, and if we are not travelling we will be glad to help with anything you might need. We love Sevilla and know all the good places : we will be happy to share them with you ! Parking is quite simple and free in our street.
