Stylish 4 bedroom family home in Falmouth

Fully modernised and stylishly decorated, this is our 4 bedroom family home in the centre of Falmouth. Walking distance from the beach, park, town centre and harbour. As it's our family home it's full of toys, games and a garden with hot tub, trampoline, football goal & hammock which guests are welcome to use. However, it isn't perfect - it's lived in and will have some of our personal belongings in, which we ask guests to respect at all times. The space There is parking for 2/3 cars at the front of the house, a fully enclosed back garden complete with hot tub. Downstairs there is an open plan, modern kitchen, dining room and living room complete with everything you'd need - underfloor heating, American fridge/freezer with ice machine, two ovens, microwave, corner sofa, TV with full Sky package, Netflix etc a separate WC, cosy snug/TV room with Sky and log burner and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and space for storing bikes/surfboards etc. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one single, with 2 bathrooms. The second floor houses the master bedroom with en-suite. All bedrooms have space for a travel cot (not provided). There is also a private office room, not available to guests, on the second floor. Outside is a big, private, safely enclosed garden with two decked areas for eating and relaxing, plus a hot tub and lots of garden toys. Please note - this is our well-loved family home and although it is extremely well looked after, it isn't perfect and will have some of our personal possessions here, which we ask guests to respect at all times. Guest access The entire house and garden except for a private office space on the second floor. Other things to note We have a full Sky TV package, Netflix & Disney+ which our guests are welcome to use.
