Unfortunately we do NOT HAVE ON SITE PARKING- but our friendly front desk can give you, alternative parking options nearby for a small fee. If you are looking to visit Key West with your friends without paying more, our Private 6 Person Room will be your best option. This comfortable room comes equipped with 6 bunk beds, flat screen TV, individual USB charging stations, memory foam mattresses, individual reading lights, and private bathroom. We also offer unparalleled service and amenities such as high-speed wireless Internet access, complimentary Breakfast items, 24-hour Starbucks coffee/tea, Bar with Happy Hour Daily from 4:20pm-5:20pm all alcoholic beverages are $1.00 off and free snacks, and tour concierge service. Guest access Our Private 6 Person Room is part of NYAH, an adult-only B&B (ALL GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD), located just a few blocks away from the energetic Duval Street and two blocks from the Historic Seaport. This comfortable room connects to our central courtyard where you will enjoy our three pools and 1 Jacuzzi. While relaxing poolside and sharing with your friends, you can sip on a cocktail or enjoy a complimentary Starbucks coffee. Other things to note • NYAH is an adult-exclusive hotel. The primary guest registered to the room must be at least 21 years of age or older. Additional guests must be at least 18 years of age. In other words, this is the perfect time for taking a break from the parenting life and enjoy your vacation! • Due to our location you can LITERALLY walk to everything, or you can consider renting the number one mode of transportation in Key West, which is bicycles. AND YES, WE HAVE THAT TOO! • If you are flying to Key West, you really don't need to rent a car or consider not renting a car, however, we do have limited parking on-site based on a first-come/first-serve basis for a small fee. Our friendly front desk can give you as well, alternative parking options nearby. • NYAH is a boutique hotel, so yes, all of our rooms have their own bathrooms. • We know pets are sometimes part of your family, and we are sorry, but we do not allow pets at the property. A pet fee of $150 would be charged if pets are found on the premises! • An Amenity Fee of $29.99 (plus sales tax) per room/per day will be collected at the property on the day of arrival and is not included within the taxes and fees amount collected by Airbnb. • Due to Covid, there is no traditional daily housekeeping service, but towels, linen, iron/ironing boards, and bathroom amenities can be delivered upon request, in a contactless manner, as well as retrieving any trash. • Our HAPPY HOUR is available from 4:20 PM to 5:20 PM, in the lobby. • Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, they are 1$ off on Happy-hour, should you need one by the pool! • We are not back to a full breakfast bar, due to Covid, however, we are offering FREE continental breakfast from 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
