Awesome large 3 bedroom, open plan house, can't get too much more central. This once was the family home and now has a brand new full kitchen with everything (rice cooker, crockpot, baking equip etc, everything you'd have at home!) Has a pool (is not heated so cold and unmaintained May-Oct) spa which you can use all year round Out door living with 2 massive top decks and space around the pool. 5 min drive to center of town or 15 min to Mt Maunganui beach. *Note there is an office downstairs The space The house for your use is on the top floor with an office below. The office is only used during standard work hours, no weekends, public holidays and over a 3 week period at Christmas. Guest access You have the whole of upstairs, underneath there is an office where people work out of from Monday-Friday. There is a door that is between the levels which is locked. During the week you are able to park 2 vehicles directly in front of the front door, during the weekend there is parking for 4 vehicles all on site. During Christmas the office is shut for 3 weeks. Other things to note Please note we now have to charge a late check out fee. This is because we more than not have someone checking in the same day, and holds up the cleaner etc which we pay for. There is a $50 set fee for this. If you are still here by 10.30am this fee will be imposed. The Pool isn't maintained though June-Sept, if you think you would like to use the pool during these months please let me know. It is freezing however! Also to note the office does look over the pool, but blinds are pulled while in use.
