Rental unit in Portland

This clean and cozy apartment is walkable to everything Portland has to offer. Within minutes you can access sweeping views of the Eastern Promenade and East End Beach, as well as award winning restaurants along Washington Ave and Congress St. The Old Port and Arts District is a 20-25 min walk, and there's a plethora of art galleries and live music venues to peruse along the way; not to mention the Airbnb is walkable to about 7 different breweries, 6 distilleries, 3 wineries, and a kombuchary. The space The apartment is on the ground level of a 3-unit building. It’s very clean and comfortable, and as previously mentioned- in a pretty sweet location. It can accommodate up to 4 adults, and guests can use the table and chairs in the private backyard. The apartment has all the amenities one would need to discover Portland. *Please note- there is no stove or oven in the kitchen, however there is a microwave and toaster. The kitchen sink is also small- much like a wet bar Guest access Guests can access the table and chairs in the private backyard, however the grill belongs to the tenants of the building. Other things to note I typically assume that if 2 people are staying, they will be sharing the queen bed.
