A room that is ideal for traveling professionals, transitional or long- term housing. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Accommodations include private 10 ft. x 12 ft. room, queen bed, bath is private if other room is not occupied by a guest, desk workspace w/ drawers.Kitchen privileges including dedicated refrigerator and cabinet space. No additional fees except one-time cleaning fee charged for long-term reservations only(>30days) and small garage space if available and upon request. The space Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. 10 min. drive, 1/2 mi to bus that goes to LLLab and Hospital. The room includes high speed internet with wifi, House includes printer, HDTV with HDMI & chrome cast is located in the common area. Common areas include 4 dining areas (outside, sunroom, formal dining room, and breakfast bar). Enjoy my backyard retreat anytime including BBQ and fire pit, outdoor dining table with umbrella (weather permitting). Kitchen privileges include gas stove/oven, microwave, dedicated refrigerator and cabinet space for you, dishwasher, Keireg, small appliances, pots, pans, dishes and baking pans. Guest access Guests have access to living area including living/dining, sunroom, kitchen & laundry privileges. NOTE: Gas stove privileges upon demonstration of safe operation. Feel free to enjoy the large backyard BBQ, fire pit, patio furniture. Kitchen privileges includes Refrigerator space , microwave & cabinet space, coffee/hot drinks bar (including Keurig, cone filter and French press). Kitchen is fully stocked with pots , pans, skillets, baking sheets, dishes, small appliances, etc. Printer available in dining room. During your stay My interaction style with you is your preference. When I am available when home &/or by cell phone, I can be your Bay Area local resource. I'm SF born and raised in the Bay Area. You can interact as much or as little as you wish. Local area sites-to-see brochures are available and books (novels) are available. Please communicate through the Airbnb messaging. SFO is 45 minutes away (non commute time) by car, approx. 1-1/2 hours by public transportation (BART to East Pleasanton, then 5 minute bus ride and 5 min walk to Wine Country Retreat. Oakland International Airport is 30 minutes by car (non-commute time), ~45 minute by BART (public transportation). Yosemite and Sierra-Nevada mountain range are ~2-3 hour drive (non-commute hours); Lake Del Valle is a 20 minute drive. Shadow Cliffs Lake is a 10 minute drive or by bus , 15-minutes on public transportation. Livermore offers a lot to do. An extensive bike trail system to get around town, vibrant downtown entertainment, notable wineries. breweries, theatre, recreation. The localTri-Valley Rapid bus system has been awarded #1 in North America. (serves Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin,
