Home in Homebush

Shared unit. Spacious bedroom with a Queen bed & wardrobe. Comfortable Living room with TV. Shared bathroom with shower. Kitchen with basic amenities. Outdoor parking. 5 mins walk to Homebush train station (Frequent trains to city ; every 15 mins), shops & restaurants. 5 mins drive to Sydney Olympic Park, DFO shopping centre and 10 mins to Rhodes. Buses traveling to Olympic Park every half an hour are only 5 mins walk away. The space A two bedroom unit in a convenient location. You will have the master bedroom for yourself and share the kitchen, laundry, living room and bathroom with me. (My place is close to train station, so it gets a bit noisy sometimes due to passing train, especially at night. Not really recommended for light sleepers.) Guest access You'll be sharing the living room, bathroom, kitchen with me. A small balcony with an electric BBQ is convenient for a quick BBQ dinner. During your stay Working full time alternating between morning and afternoon shifts we may be able to meet before or after 2 p.m. subjected to working times. You can always send me a message or call if you need anything. Other things to note Please respect the residents and keep noises low after 10 P.M. Disturbances from train travelling late at night and early in the morning my be experienced by some people with sleep issues since the unit is close to train tracks.
