It sits directly opposite Moondarra State Park and is perfect for family and friends to enjoy true peace and tranquility whilst exploring the amazing Baw Baw Shire. The space My home is set in beautiful private country surrounds. Just sitting on the deck at the outdoor table setting or sofa taking in the views and breathing the fresh air brings a feeling of serenity. Comprising 3 bedrooms with fresh linen and towels provided. My home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a lovely open plan living area. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, family sized fridge, microwave & kettle. Tea & coffee, cooking oil, S&P, herbs and spices, clingwrap, foil, paper towel etc are all provided. Everything you will need to cook up a storm. The lounge room has split system heating & cooling, wood fire heater (wood provided) Bluetooth speaker, games, puzzles and books and of course WIFI, TV with DVD player and Dvds. A sun filled seperate dining area and bathroom with shower above bath, seperate toilet, laundry with washing machine and a mud room for your shoes and coats. Guest access You will have access to the entire building and surrounding fenced yard. Other things to note There is a tennis court located 200mtrs up on the left of Thalloo Road, walking distance from Little Valley. There are a couple of tennis rackets and tennis balls on the hook in the mud room.
