Umbria - Terni - Architect’s flat - Entire place

The apartment is located in the heart of the center in a quiet and peaceful area. 10 minutes from the station. The place is cozy and close to shops and services. The house is on the second floor of a quiet condominium and consists of 1 bedroom + a sofa bed that turns into another room with a double sliding door. Then a cozy living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom complete the home. In less than an hour you can reach Rome with trains that run almost every hour. The space The place is located at the first floor of an historical building (no lift). Me and my wife are both architects and we refurbished the place in order to highlight the beauty of materials that has been used to build the place. You can enjoy a real brick in living or stone wall in bathroom. The flat has a modern and rustic style and we hope you will enjoy it. Guest access We will not be available at the reception because we live abroad, but the official co-host will be there to check you in and out and give you all the info you need. Other things to note PERSONAL BELONGINGS In the flat there are few belongings. Please make yourself at home using the books you want and let your kids to play with the toys.
