In the heart of a quiet and green hamlet, we welcome you to our cozy home The very pleasant environment near lakes, surrounded by remarkable historical sites, beautiful landscapes. You are 30 minutes from Dijon and Beaune by high-speed roads. The space Julienne's house, a cozy and charming house, totally independent of our main house, quiet, not overlooked, no direct neighbors and with a large and beautiful garden. Tastefully furnished and cocooned, you have private access through the garden. With an area of approximately 60 m², on two levels, the pleasant and bright volumes can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people maximum. In winter, you can enjoy the wood-burning stove in the living room and its kitchen area which is on the ground floor. Upstairs, a beautiful bedroom with a beautiful view of the garden offers you perfect tranquility with a real bed (140/190). A second bedroom is available. It has a single bed on the mezzanine and a comfortable double bed. On sunny days you can enjoy the beautiful wooded and flowered garden and enjoy from spring until the end of autumn the large sheltered terrace.
