This lovely home is located within the tranquil and secure Brackenridge Private Estate and offers a carefree holiday at the coast. Inverter for Load Shedding The space Please note, our minimum booking period is 18 days for any stays that include Christmas and New Year. However, we would consider bookings of 12 to 14 days if your check out date is on or before the 24th of December. The lounge leads out through a sunroom to the patio and pool area. The sunroom has an internal braai and a table and chairs and sofa for relaxing, out of the sun. The sliding doors open on two sides to the patio and pool. The main bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath and separate shower) has two single beds with top quality mattresses, combine to form a King Size bed. It has sliding doors leading out to the pool. The second bedroom, with en suite bathroom, has a comfortable double bed and overlooks the pool on one side and the greenbelt on the other. The third bedroom, with en suite bathroom and comfortable queen bed, is on a separate level with a private covered patio overlooking the greenbelt. Although there is an internal staircase leading to it (so that it is a part of the main house) it also has it's own external access, making it suitable for a couple wanting a bit of privacy from the rest of the house. There is a bar fridge and coffee station in the room, which can be removed if the room is being used by young children. The patio sliding door can also be locked (high lock) in either a closed or slightly open position if you have children staying in it and don't want them to be able to wander outside. The property is situated against a large green belt, giving privacy and a peaceful environment. You may wake up to see a tortoise or a little buck wandering through the garden. There are many natural paths in the estate which you are welcome to walk or run along, enjoying the fynbos and beautiful views. It is extremely safe and you can walk around the estate at any time of the day or night. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the garage and an office (which has an external entrance).
