Our chalet, classified as a *** furnished tourist accommodation, is located at the Domaine des Pins D'or in Bias (close to Mimizan, 10 minutes) in the heart of the Landes forest, 5 km from the ocean and the large wild beach of Lespecier, with direct access, free parking in the shade. This chalet, on a plot of 230 m2, is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, free telephone and Wi-Fi access inside the chalet. The space On the ground floor: - A 23 m2 living room with sofa bed, 4K connected flat screen TV with access to NETFLIX, Hi-Fi channel, vacuum cleaner and a baby chair. - A 6 m2 kitchenette equipped with induction stove, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, food processor, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster and all dishes and cooking utensils. - A 4 m2 bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. - A separate toilet - A front terrace facing southwest with awning and garden furniture - A rear terrace facing the forest, facing northeast with garden furniture, a gas plancha and two sun loungers, as well as a shed. Upstairs: - A bedroom of 8 m2 with 2 twin beds 90 x 190, a dresser and a TV. - A bedroom of 10.5 m2 with a balcony of 5 m2. It includes 1 double bed 140 x 200, a baby cot, a wardrobe, a safe, a dresser, a TV. - A 6 m2 bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Guest access This holiday village offers you a free outdoor pool (heated from July 1 to August 31) with a paddling pool, and inside a spa area (Hammam, Jacuzzi, Sauna) and a heated pool with a gooseneck, open from the April holidays to the end of the All Saints holidays. You can also enjoy, always free of charge, a tennis court, bowling alley, ping pong table and play area for the little ones... For a small extra fee, payable on site, you can access a fitness room (fitness and bodybuilding). There is also a bar and restaurant on site during the summer season. You will find opposite the village: a Tree Climbing Area, Paintball, Archery, Mini Golf and Bull Pool (once a week in July and August)... You can take many walks or mountain bike tours, in the forest, on marked trails around the site. You can also go surfing. Other things to note - The chalet is also equipped with a 7KW electric car charging station accessible for a fee of €40 per week. - Despite our love for animals, we do not accept them: allergy problem and unfenced land. - Sheets and linens not provided
