Our accommodation comprises a 3 bedroom homestead, a 3 bedroom cabin and a 1 bedroom studio. Each has verandas, and is fully self contained with all the amenities and comforts you require for an idyllic and relaxing getaway. Within the grounds is a sparkling 15 metre swimming pool, cabana and multiple decks and terraces for entertaining and relaxing. David first discovered Tin Horse Ranch nine years ago while holidaying here with a group of friends. They loved it so much they returned year after year. Today, David is the proud owner and lives on the property in separate accommodation, warmly welcoming guests to share and enjoy this unique and historic slice of the Byron hinterland. Many of those original guests still return annually—a testament to how special this place really is. ✨ The Arrival & Grounds Your stay begins at the front gate, where you’re greeted by the iconic, life-size Tin Horse and colourful flags. A long, winding driveway leads past a peaceful creek (keep an eye out for the resident platypus), a large lily pond, and up to the hilltop main house with its circular driveway and covered parking. Just beyond, you’ll find the charming cabin and studio. In total: 7 bedrooms 5 living areas 3 kitchens 8 bathrooms/toilets 3 laundry facilities King beds in the main house and cabin can be converted to twin beds, and pull-out/day beds allow accommodation for up to 4 additional guests if required (by arrangement). Ideal for extended families, multiple families travelling together, retreats, reunions, corporate getaways, or groups of friends. There are 3 homes on the property. Main house Cabin Studio Bookings of 10 guests and more will have access to all buildings. The number of homes available to you will depend on your group size. Full use of the main house and pool will always be available. The cabin and studio will be available based on group size. Other things to note This is a rural property and we do encounter internet, power and heating outages which are beyond our control. We do not provide refunds due to any outages. The property is on tank water and during these periods when rainfalls are low guests will be requested to pay for a delivery of water. This cost is $300 and will be charged on arrival to your cc. We have neighbours and we respect their peace and excessive noise complaints will be met with one warning and eviction at the second complaint. The use of the property for a function, party, wedding ceremony/reception or any other similar gathering must be arranged with the hosts prior to check in. Registration Details PID-STRA-4978-2
