Large apartment with amazing views

Large modern apartment with kitchen and living room with Optiflame fireplace. This is just a dummy and is not used for heating! Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. The house stands alone on a mountain in the most beautiful Black Forest environment. In summer you can hike and cycle from here. In winter, you can start cross-country skiing from the house. Endless cross-country trails invite you to explore the magnificent surroundings. In addition, there are several ski lifts in the immediate vicinity. The space A common staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. Almost all rooms have a balcony. Access to the garden with terrace is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, oven with grill and microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery... everything is there. What is still missing will be procured and made available promptly. This is €2.50 per day for adults and €1.00 for children. For this, guests receive the KONUS card, which can be used to use public transport at no cost. This tranquility and idyll should also be respected by the guests. We are NOT a party location!!! The apartment is located in an antique wooden house. Above and below the apartment are also inhabited rooms, which you can also hear. If all the residents of the house are considerate, that's not a problem. We generate 100% of our own electricity. In our house, energy should be used sparingly. This means that the lighting in the rooms is switched off when no one is in them. For energy reasons, the heating in the apartment only works when the windows and doors are closed. The apartment must be tidy and cleaned when you leave. Beds should NOT be stripped. The cleaning costs include cleaning the toilets, washing the laundry and cleaning the floor and the staircase. Unfortunately, we have had extremely bad experiences in this regard. We reserve the right to charge for further cleaning and tidying up. The garbage collection only comes to us every 4 weeks. That's why it's important to separate garbage. The entire group must check in together. When checking in, there is a briefing for EVERYONE in which all details are explained in detail. Although we have electronic access control of the house in order to be able to dispense with keys, this does not replace the briefing at check-in. This always takes place in person.
