Charming wooden house in nice Kungsladugård, close to Slottskogen

Our home was created during the 19 years we lived in the house and is decorated in an artistic, relaxed, beautiful style. We have many books in our library. There are comfortable sofas and armchairs. Kungsladugård is Gothenburg's nicest area with a vibrant cultural life and we are within walking distance to a vegan restaurant, Italian restaurant, Thai place and several pubs. There are also two grocery stores nearby. Tram stop is on the next street. The space The house has three floors and the part you have the opportunity to rent is the entrance floor with a nice veranda. Windows facing all directions. You will enjoy it here! There are excellent connections into central Gothenburg (11 minutes to Järntorget) or out to the archipelago (the same distance in the other direction). Guest access Bedroom for 2 people. You have access to the garden and porch. En-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub. Access to library and TV room. Large kitchen. You share the kitchen with us. During your stay Guests feel welcome but can be left alone as much as they wish. We are available for questions via text message. Other things to note We have a cozy home heated with a geothermal heat pump and there are nice duvets and pillows - you will not be cold (indoors).
