All Ukkohalla's services are within a radius of about 150 m, so you can forget about the car in the parking lot for the entire holiday. The living areas and the terrace have a view of Lake Syväjärvi. A couple of minutes' walk and you're at the Ukkohalla Saunamaailma pier, where you can get to the wakeboard track in the summer and the ice hole in the winter. The beach is also very close. During the winter season, the ski trail passes right next to the apartment. The space In addition to the kitchen, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and toilet + bathroom + sauna, as well as a bright living room, which is extended by a glazed terrace right on the shore of the lake. There is a cold storage room at the entrance. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. The beds in the master bedroom and the other bedroom are two box spring beds with their own mattresses, so the beds in both bedrooms can be kept together or separately as needed. The laundry room has a drying cabinet that makes it easier to do laundry or dry equipment. One of the bedrooms has a desk for telecommuting or children's play. The apartment has a wireless network with fiber optic connection and a modern TV. We have chosen the kitchen utensils and equipment so that cooking and dining are also smooth on vacation. The kitchen has all the tools of a regular home kitchen. The rental includes the necessary materials and equipment for washing dishes, soap, dishwashing tablets, as well as household and toilet paper. The apartment sleeps six people + a child of crib age in a travel cot. The living room couch is a sofa bed. To ensure a smooth holiday, at least for longer visits, we recommend a maximum of 4 adult guests. We have tried to take into account the needs of those traveling with small children and the apartment is equipped with a high chair, a travel cot, a potty and a toilet seat reducer. The cupboard also has a baby bottle and plastic drinking glasses. In addition, the storage room has a few sand toys and two sleds + a slide for guests to use freely. There is also a bench in the storage room that can be lifted to the front terrace to make it easier to get dressed and/or to adjust your own outdoor equipment. At the end of the building there is a parking area of the housing association, where each apartment has its own numbered parking space. The parking lot has heating poles that supply power for 2 hours at a time, which can also be used to charge an electric car with your own charger. Final cleaning is included in the rental. Linens (sheets and towels) are not included in the rental, but by prior arrangement, linens can be rented at an additional cost. As a rule, the apartment is pet-free, but on a case-by-case basis, pet accommodation can also be arranged. Pricing changes according to the season. For longer bookings and outside the peak seasons, the price can be negotiated separately. Guest access The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. At the end of the house, there is a parking area reserved for its residents, with heating poles. There is a place for one car per apartment. The center's free parking space is about 100 meters away. Prior to the start of the visit, separate instructions will be provided regarding the arrival. During the stay, guests have access to two keys. Other things to note The apartment has an automatically adjustable heating system and mechanical ventilation. In addition, the apartment has an air heat pump and two table fans.
