We have a beautiful 3 storey white building professionally constructed. First floor Duplex filled with all the modern conveniences for your stay. Our newly guesthouse is located right by cemented barangay road with a view available from the patio. We have a garden with different colors of flowers. Every guest gets free wifi, full use of the fully equipped communal kitchen, smart tv with netflix for everyone in the second floor. The space While we are located close to all these attractions, you are sure to feel in your own exclusive paradise as the Duplex is located on a first floor with large living area, large table to work and bench chair to chill and read books . We have a clean, modern kitchen with all appliances that is free for you to use. We have a shared living room area with couch and chairs and a large smart flat screen t.v. along with board games for your use and enjoyment. We also have two large outside patio tables with chairs where you can enjoy your meal, a drink, smoke or coffee and take in the view. In the second kitchen we have plenty of storage for food or drinks that you may wish to buy in order to save money or cook your own food. We also serve meals of chicken, pork or fish with rice and salad and a wonderful traditional soy, vinegar, tomato, onion, cucumber sauce that goes great with all of your meal. The price for meals with full service ranges from 280 to 320 for chicken or pork. For fish it ranges from 320 pesos. We also have motorbikes for rent at the standard price of 500 pesos per day and 350 pesos per day if you rent the motorbike for a week. Motorbike have been in shortage in the local area so please let us know if you would like one in advance and we can reserve on of ours for you or arrange to have another rental agency bring the bike here ready for your use. Guest access Right on our property you have access to a road headed to the mountain Badian Highlands and Osmena Peak- to hike, to walk and explore the nature landscaping. The opposite direction of the road is headed to the town of Badian, lambug beach, kawasan falls and many more close attractions that you can enjoy. Its a small friendly village and close to the town and 7Eleven and etc.
