Villa "Le Bon Temps" is located in the Minelle residential area, approximately 1 km from the center of Mandelieu and approximately 2 km from the center of La Napoule. On the ground floor of the villa there are two comfortable holiday apartments, each with its own entrance. Both apartments are officially classified as a 3-star Meublé du tourisme. The owner of the villa lives on the floor. The space Apartment B: consists of a living room (including sofa bed 140 x 200), an adjacent open kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, bathroom and separate toilet. This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 people, has a private terrace/garden of approx. 20 m2 overlooking the pool and is located at the back right of the villa. Layout of Apartment B: Living room with 2 two-seater sofas (one sofa is designed as a sofa bed of 140x200cm) and 2 club armchairs, flat screen color TV, satellite TV receiver with French, German, Dutch and English free-to-air channels, DVD player, stereo system. Free WIFI is available in the apartment. The living room has a split air conditioning unit with a large cooling or heating capacity of 18,000 BTU (approx. 5,000 Watt). Dining bar with 5 bar stools near the kitchen overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob; extractor hood; hot air oven, combination microwave/oven/grill; dishwasher; washing machine; fridge with freezer. Separate sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and wardrobe. Separate sleeping area with 1 double bed (140x200) and wardrobe. Bathroom with shower; sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Total apartment area approx. 44 m2. Outside: private terrace/garden overlooking the swimming pool with garden table, garden chairs and a barbecue. Present in both apartments: Complete kitchen inventory as well as duvets and pillows and one set of sheets and towels per booked person. There is a washing machine in the apartment. If desired, extra linen can be rented. NB. You must always bring your own towels for the beach and swimming pool. The swimming pool, adjacent terraces and garden are accessible to tenants daily between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm. Our accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children, people who want to enjoy the sights in the area, business people and seniors. Parties and invited guests are not allowed. Tourist tax Mandelieu (2024): € 2.14 per person (> 17 years) per night. Parking facilities: One parking space per apartment for one passenger car on the site with a fence closed off from the public road. Guest access Outside, apartment B. has a garden/terrace of approximately 20m2 and is adjacent to the swimming pool. Tenants of the apartments can use the beautiful swimming pool and trampoline in the owner's garden as guests every day from May to mid-October from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. In addition, a ping-pong table and play equipment (including swings, slide, climbing frame, sandbox) for children are also available. Our small-scale accommodation consists of a villa with a private swimming pool. On the ground floor of the villa there are two holiday apartments, each with a separate entrance and its own private garden with barbecue. The owner of the villa lives on the first floor. Tenants of the holiday apartments can share use of the villa's private swimming pool. - We hope to be able to offer you a pleasant holiday stay this season as well. Other things to note The beautiful fine sandy beach of Mandelieu (with ample free parking) is located approximately 2.5 km sheltered in the bay of La Napoule and offers a view of the bay of Cannes. Due to its exceptionally mild climate and beautiful beaches, Mandelieu has enjoyed an excellent reputation as a seaside resort for years. Golf courses / bus / shops / supermarket / laundry / dry cleaning / restaurants are within approx. 1 km. Accessibility: Although the apartments are located on the ground floor, an interior door width of 73 cm (passage 67 cm) and a threshold of approximately 7 cm at the entrance to apartment A must be taken into account.
